What happens at CONNECT?

Life! Some of what you would normally do at home or when you meet people: having fun, chatting, sharing, laughing, praying, supporting and receiving support from others. CONNECT is a place to see what’s going on and spending some relaxed time together.

Does that just mean sitting around drinking coffee?

No, being together also means being creative, doing homework, preparing your CV, baking a cake, learning something new, working on a social justice project – anything is possible. There’s space at CONNECT for lots to happen at the same time, so you can join in or not as you want to. But yes, a good cup of coffee will always be on offer!

Is there a charge?

No, certainly not! But it is a place to share, so contributions of various kinds – time, skills, donations – are all welcome.

Who runs CONNECT?

The CONNECT building is leased to All Saints. That means it’s a church thing but not as you may think of it. Church is about ordinary people in communities, looking out for one another without exceptions or boundaries. As well as being a source of life and care, the church helps to challenge injustice and create an environment where everyone is respected. We hope Connect is a place where everyone feels they belong.

Can I book CONNECT?
