At All Saints Kids’ Church we want to equip all children and families to be lifelong followers of Jesus by being people who: encounter and love God, learn about Jesus’ ways and share this life with others.
On Sundays at our 10:15am gathering children register in the link corridor of church before the service (from 10am). They join everyone in the Church for the first few worship songs before being led to the Hall for age-specific groups. If it is your first time, we take a few details and you will be told which group your children will be in, where they meet and get collected from.

- Scramblers (EYFS ages 3-5)
- Climbers (KS1 ages 5-7)
- Explorers (KS2 ages 7-11)

Playtime is our toddler group for 0–4 year olds that runs every Tuesday 9.45–11.30am in the CONNECT building on Queen Street in the middle of Marple. There is a voluntary contribution of £1.50 to cover the cost of refreshments. Come along for drinks, snacks, singing, toys and fun! Please make sure you bring a responsible adult.
PlayAway is our parent/carer and toddler (babies to pre-schoolers) group. We meet from 1.15–3pm on Wednesday afternoons in the Bowyer Hall at church during term time for lots of friendship, fun and faith building. Each week we offer a variety of toys and play equipment, craft activities and singing time around a biblical theme. Each term sees a variety of special events for families. Look out for:
- Autumn: Light Party & Christingle
- Spring: Pancake Breakfast & Easter Experience
- Summer: Pentecost Prayer and Praise & Leavers’ Celebration
We charge £2 per family and this includes hot drinks and snacks for grown-ups and refreshments for children. New and old faces are always welcome!
Little Ark is a group aimed at 0-2 year olds and their parents or carers. Find support for new and old mums alike every Friday morning 10-11.30 during Stockport school term times in the Lounge at the back of the main church building.
We enjoy friendship, fun and faith together and eat lots of cake! Allergy free alternatives are available too. We ask for donations of £1 per family.
‘Who Let The Dads Out?’ is all about creating space where dads and their children can have fun together and is founded on the Christian principle of wanting to demonstrate God’s love to communities. Click the link above to find out more.
We meet quarterly at All Saints Marple on a Saturday morning 10am-12pm to have a fun filled morning where dads, male carers and granddads can spend quality time with their child(ren). We make craft (sometimes themed), play games, decorate biscuits etc. and have soft play for the smaller children. The dads drink coffee and eat cake while their children are filled with juice and treats. It’s always a really relaxed atmosphere and a time for dads to socialise with each other too. There is no charge (donations are welcome but there’s no pressure). You don’t need to book, just come along; everyone is welcome to join in the fun. We currently have a great bunch of children from 0 – 16 years old who all join in the fun together. We hope to see you soon.
